As the Marketing and Operations Assistant at Amida Recruitment, I am responsible for overseeing various aspects of our business, with a primary focus on marketing initiatives. My role involves developing our brand strategies, brand personality and keeping our online presence by managing all of our social channels, specifically our LinkedIn company page and creating engaging content for it tailored for our LinkedIn followers. Additionally, I actively oversee the operational aspects of our business, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day functioning, such as providing administrative support.
